Homemade Sausages












Easy and quick recipe to make the most delicious homemade sausages. They are really tasty and unique! In just a few minutes you have your own sweet or hot sausages ...



Ingredients
2.5 pounds of pork mince
Approximately 3 meters of pork
1 leek moderately chopped
1 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of hot chilli (optional)

Way of execution
-Wash the intestines well with lemon and water and pass them to the jar of the jam.
-Please all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until the mixture is homogenized.
- We smear the intestines with the mixture and every time we prick with a toothpick to get the air out.
-Shake the sausages to dry for 1-2 days (outside the refrigerator) and then ready for consumption.
