Pork roll in the oven













Delicious pork roll in the oven with potatoes and mushrooms. Easy and tested recipe for juicy and scented meat, but also unbelievable potatoes and mushrooms.

Ingredients
1 kg of pork roll in roll
2-3 large potatoes
6-7 medium mushrooms
100 ml of olive oil
100 ml of white wine
juice of 1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sweet pepper
1 teaspoon of sweet thyme
1 teaspoon of oregano
7-8 branches of rosemary
1 tablespoon of mustard (optional)

Way of execution
for meat:
In a large frying pan, pour some olive oil and as soon as it burns, we sail the roll from all sides until it gets nice colour and we remove it from the fire.
On the foil and paper rolls place the branches of the rosemary and on top of them put the roll. Salt and pepper with half the amount of wine. Wrap like a candy.

for potatoes and mushrooms:
In a bowl we put the cut potatoes, mushrooms, half olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme and oregano. Optionally, add mustard. Mix together to merge the materials.

In a pan or pyrex spread the potatoes and mushrooms and in the center place the wrapped pork roll. Pour the rest of the wine and the remaining olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour and 15 minutes (we may need to add 1 cup of water in between). Then remove the potatoes and mushrooms from the baking dish and continue baking the pork without the aluminum foil and the sticker for another 30-40 minutes. Gradually control the amount of fluids and roll the roll from all sides.

When we remove the roll from the oven, wait for 10-15 minutes to stand and cool a little and then cut it with a saw-knife in portions. Pour the meat with the liquids left in the pan. Serve with potatoes, mushrooms and 2-3 branches of rosemary.
