Ingredients
1 sachet of instant potato purée
500 ml boiling water
250 ml of cold milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of butter
Way of execution
-In a saucepan pour the boiling water, milk the salt, pepper and mix for a few seconds.
-Sweet the sachet with the ready-made potato puree and mix with a wire for 1 minute. Close the pot lid and wait for 3 minutes.
-We open the lid, add the butter to the mash and stir again until it gets a velvety texture.
It accompanies red meat and poultry.
